Really? You’d be seething with rage if a man you were dating called you or texted you or sent you a quick email ONCE A DAY? You’d be seething with rage if he grabs your coat off the chair and holds it out for you? Really? Seething? Holds open the door instead of letting it slam in your face? Hails a taxi and opens the door for you to get in first? SEETHING?
You do understand this is why “feminism” gets a bad rap, right? This is the sort of “feminism” (which isn’t feminism, it’s really OMG HE/The-Evil-that-is-MAN THINKS I CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR MYSELF SO I MUST ASSERT MY FEMINISM YIYIYIYIYIYIYI ::Warcry:: instead of just recognizing plain old good manners) I can’t stand. Yeah, I agree that ordering for me is a tad old-fashioned but the rest? Grow up, children.
